Founded by Chandni DP - A fifth-generation coffee producer, certified Q Grader, Processing Professional, and World Coffee Championships judge - LunyBee is a full-stack coffee company that brings deep expertise to every step of the journey.
We manage estates with a focus on traceability, sustainability, and quality. Our in-house research lab pioneers advanced post-harvest techniques that help producers elevate cup profiles and unlock value.
We offer end-to-end consulting for cafés and hospitality ventures covering sourcing, training, menu development, and guest experience. Our retail line features thoughtfully sourced coffees and home brewing gear, and our coffee-led travel programmes bring people closer to origin in meaningful ways.

About Chandini D P
Founder, Lunybee
As a fifth-generation specialty coffee producer from India, my journey in coffee has taken many forms, each one driven by a deep passion for the bean and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the industry.
From nurturing our family-owned estates to establishing a cutting-edge Coffee Processing Research Institute, I’ve been fortunate to work across every stage of the coffee value chain. Along the way, I’ve also launched coffee-led eco-tourism and hospitality ventures, founded LunyBee—a platform that brings together all these efforts and co-founded First Coffee, our cafe venture.
Through LunyBee, we now offer end-to-end services for producers, cafes, and consumers alike, truly everything from bean to cup. My work is shaped by a blend of global exposure and local heritage. I’m a certified Q Grader, Q Processing Professional, and CQI Lecturer, and lead a private research
institute dedicated to advancing post-harvest processing practices. This work plays a vital role in helping regional producers elevate their quality and unlock greater value for their coffee.
I’m also honoured to serve as a judge for the World Coffee Championships (WCC) across Barista, Brewers Cup, Latte Art, and Coffee in Good Spirits. As a board member of the Specialty Coffee Association of India (SCAI), I help strengthen competition frameworks and industry standards within the country.
At the heart of it all, coffee remains my purpose and my passion—a crop that continues to inspire, challenge, and connect people around the world. I remain committed to pushing boundaries, while staying deeply rooted in the legacy that brought me here.
